Awesome work! I really like the Necromancer's Den. That was my favorite, however, there were a lot of auditory pops and clicks within the sound. Not sure if that was intentional or not, but it was there! The ambiance, though, felt spot on and similar to the feel I was also going for with this challenge (dark and gritty).

The spellcast SFX was a bit too long for what I would typically think a cast would be (in terms of the tail). And the wall crumbling had a much lower fidelity (i.e. quality) compared to the other two and there was A LOT of reverb. I guess it depends on the setting cause it could definitely work in a cave setting! Awesome stuff overall :)

First of all, smart idea to upload everything into a zip file so that we don't have to download each individual sound on our systems. I really appreciate that.

SFX:

I really like the swarm troops born and dying sounds. They sound very fitting for the dark, 16-bit (or whatever) styled game Necro Swarm is.  I was curious about the attacking sound, however. It left me wanting more, and I had trouble picturing that sound matching up with a mental visual of a swarm attacking (or anything attacking actually). On the aspect of it being a swarm, it sounded very singular as if it was coming from one of the whole vs a mass. I could actually see it as a variation of the OG dying sound that you have as an alternative.

Music:

I think the music is fitting for the project as well. Maybe not as battle music (or at least as a primary piece) but maybe for the Title screen or something.

Awesome work overall!

Thanks a ton! I'm really glad you enjoyed my submission (even though I uploaded a tad late). No music this time :/ a lot of personal stuff got in the way that prevented me from doing it, so I just focused on what I could in the time I had. Thanks for the heads up!

Noted on the 'ability acquired' sfx. I'll keep the upper mids thing in mind for future designs as I know I tend to design very bright.  Thanks for the constructive criticism and positive comments!

Thanks for the feedback, Doug! I appreciate you taking the time to listen to my submission :) I've noted your comment on the 'ability acquired' sound and will keep that in mind for future sound design stuffs
